Shows how to unlock or debrand Sony Ericsson using Fenix.
Unlock Sony Ericsson using Fenix
- Before we start, make sure you have installed drivers for the USB-cable: driver guide
- Download the software from the link in the email you received from us with login information.
- Open the client. Right click and choose 'Run as administrator'.
- Now connect your phone by holding down the “C” button on your phone while plugging the USB cable. On Satio hold the green “call” button, Xperia X10 hold the right-hand directional button. A little menu is shown. Select Unlock to begin the first part of the unlock process.
- In the end of the unlock procedure you might be asked to disconnect your phone, turn it on, wait 10 seconds and reconnect it. (Do NOT hold C when you connect this time, just connect cable to the powered on phone). Then software will finish the unlock and write Done!. Then your phone is fully unlocked and ready to use.
Debrand Sony Ericsson using Fenix
- Before we start, make sure you have installed drivers for the USB-cable: driver guide
- Download the software from the link in the email you received from us with login information.
- Open the client. Right click and choose 'Run as administrator'.
- Now connect your phone by holding down the “C” button on your phone while plugging the USB cable. On Satio hold the green “call” button, Xperia X10 hold the right-hand directional button. A little menu is show. Choose Flash/debrand/rebrand.
- Now a long list of available firmwares comes up. Choose the newest firmware with your language in. Find the packs with Customized or Generic in the name. All Nordic countries should choose the file with 'Nordic', NG or NCB in the name.
- The software will then flash your phone with the selected firmware. When it is finished it will write Done! and your phone is ready to use.
